Become a member of the Alzheimer Society of Perth County!

Yearly Membership Fees:
• Individual/Family - $15.00
• Senior/Student - $10.00
• Corporate Member - $50.00
• Non-Profit Organization - $25.00

Membership fees provide support for Chapter programs and services, as well as research. Membership also helps to ensure our voice is heard by government policy makers, the Alzheimer Society of Ontario and the Alzheimer Society of Canada.

Members are entitled to:
• Income tax receipt
• Seasonal Newsletter – either by mail or e-mail
• Voting rights at our Annual General Meeting
• Notice of Upcoming Society events

A Membership form is available to facilitate your application for membership.
