Help for carers

The Alzheimer Society of Perth County offers a variety of services to care partners who support people with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia. Services are confidential and are provided free of charge. It is not necessary to have a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia or a referral from a healthcare provider.
